We have a quite problematic cat and Andrea is the only one who can manage him. She really knows how to approach a cat. She loves animals and respects their preferences. When you have an aggressive cat every movement, every sound you make matters. And Andrea knows how to handle that.
She is a very responsible person and thinks not only about the cat's happiness but also ours when we are on holiday. She sends us funny pictures and videos which make us even happier. We have never worried about our cat when we were away. Even at moments of crisis she helped a lot and made sure everything was ok while we were away. We can not recommend her enough.
